Confirmation Calls. After an order is placed, a kiddle.pk representative will call you to confirm your order within 24-48 hours of the order placement.

Order processing times. Once order is confirmed, we immediately process orders and dispatch it same day. Usually it takes 3-5 working days for orders to get delivered. 

• We do not work on weekends and/or holidays, and our office working hours are 10.00 am PST to 06.00 pm PST 
• Cutoff times for processing orders - Orders received after 3 pm will be processed the next business day. 

Domestic and international shipping options. Currently, we are shipping only in Pakistan

Shipping costs. We charge Rs. 200 (PKR) shipping cost per order for orders less than Rs. 1600 (PKR).

14 Days Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to change or refund your items without the need for lengthy explanations.

3. Please note that exchange or refund processes may take 3-7 business days to complete.

Exchange Details

For exchanges, a delivery charge of Rs. 250/- will apply. Doorstep exchanges and return collections are available for certain addresses, at an additional cost of Rs. 250/-.
